Welcome to the Canyon Park WSC Community. We are a membership corporation that requires you to own the property unless you are a renter. We require a copy of the deed in your name for the property you desire water service, a complete application submitted along with a copy of your driver's license. Fees are indicated in the application.
One additional requirement is the Texas required Customer Service Inspection that requires a state licensed Customer Service Inspector's license that must be submitted to the water office within a month of establishing a water account (renters are exempt). The office can provide a list of current licensed CSI inspectors to accomplish this. Please contact our office by phone -or- you can print out the Service Application and Agreement to apply for service.
