Last night, Friday January 9th, we had a main distribution line break at the Huckleberry Rd culvert bridge due to essentially a landslide resulting from the heavy rain fall, that separated the coupling on the exposed water line across the creek. The contractors had to reduce the pressure in order to repair the break. Since the break was not in the ground, the water operators verified that the water quality or pressure was not compromised. A boil water notice is not needed. All repairs were completed by 5:30 am and water service restored.
