Missing Water Bills - Contact the Post Office

The water office has been receiving all types of inquiries on why wasn't the January water bills sent out to customers. The bills were generated on December 29th and delivered to our local post office on Tuesday the 30th. From our understanding no one in Canyon Park has received their bill. We pay hundreds of dollars each month in postage to mail the billing statements.

It appears the post office has 'lost' the billing statements. I did speak with the postmaster Monday afternoon regarding the lack of bill delivery and she responded that all they could do is lodge a complaint with the processing center in North Houston. We consider this unacceptable. We may have a better response next month if everyone complains to our post office regarding the lack of non-delivery versus just the water office.

For customers who have web access, balances and bill images are uploaded to our website provider the day billing statements are generated. These can be accessed through our CanyonParkWaterSupply.Com website and clicking on bill payment, You can use the first three letters of the account name or account number to access the balance.

For other customers that do not have web access or are not web knowledgeable, I'll be more than happy to provide you with your balance.
