Of the three candidates that were listed on the signup sheet, One withdrew. Thereby leaving only the two candidates currently in the respective board postions. With the fact that there are only two positions available, the need for an election is no longer necessary.

Pursuant to subsection 67 section B, a formal notification will be posted and read at the Canyon Park Water SUpply Corporation Annual meeting to state that both positions, that were available, are unopposed and an election is no longer require as per state statute.

The notification will be read at the annual meeting and the subsequent meeting as well.
